Parents of all children starting our school must complete the forms below. There are 5 links to secure pages with forms to complete.

Our Uniform

Our Uniform.

It is expected that every child who attends St Thomas wears their uniform with pride. The expected uniform consists of :

Royal Blue pullover or cardigan

Royal Blue sweatshirt (with or without the school crest)

Pale Blue Polo shirt

Grey trousers

(All children may wear grey school trousers)

 or Grey Skirt

(skirts should be of an appropriate length – no shorter than just above the knee)

Dark coloured shoes

N.B. The following clothing must NOT be worn in School:-

Jeans or Cords
Track Suits (except in Games lessons during winter)
Trainers (including "boots")
Shoes with high heels
Patterned "T-shirts” or Bermuda shorts

Alternative Summer Uniform

In summer pupils may wear (instead of the normal uniform):-
  • Blue / White checked or striped dress
  • Sandals

P.E Uniform

Each child must attend in P.E. uniform on the day of their Physical Education lesson:-
  • Black or White or Blue shorts
  • White "T-shirt" or House T-shirt (Red, Yellow, Blue or Green)
  • White or Black pumps
  • For Key Stage 2 Track Suit for outside Games lessons
  • Trainers can be worn for outside Games lessons only

We do not insist on crested items, all our uniform is readily available at local supermarkets and uniform shops.
There is also a website that stocks our uniform. We do not currently offer any second-hand options.
